Devarapalli Prakash Dao a tea seller of Cuttak's Bakshibazar in Odisha got 4th Highest Civilians Award on 25th January this year.  This great man had managed to run a school for 80 children only by his earnings from the tea stall. He himself is so poor and also he is working for the poor children. How great this man is? He surely deserves more than just the award as though it is a high ranking civilian award but he deserves more. We the #Everything Team team #SALUTE to this #GREAT MAN.
